Breast Augmentation 7 - Full D Cup

This young woman came to consultation desirous of augmentation with a large goal size of "DD." As there was fairly sparce chest tissue pre-operatively a compromise of full "D" was agreed upon. At four months, her result is full but not freakish.

• Before: An "A-B" cup with very little breast asymmetry.
• After: Full "D" cup
• Operative Design: 600 cc round smooth implants placed in the submuscular position via a periareolar approach.
