At 4 months following surgery, the wound healing is at a mid-point. The abdominal contour has been tightened and once again has a youthful look. The scar is easily covered in her undergarments.

Operative Design: A High Lateral Tension Tummy Tuck design was utilized. The excesses in skin and fat were removed and a three component muscle tightening was performed. An Umbilicoplasty was performed to provide a natural depression above and below the "belly button."
